Blog Writing Tips
Do you want to write your own blog? Here are some blog writing ideas:
Community tour:
- Write a description of where you live with pictures that show locations in your community.
- Invite classes to take virtual tours in your community.
- Upload a short description of your community including relevant or important information about the history of the place you live.
- Find at least one famous person who comes from your community and write about him/her.
- Write a few questions about the information you included in your blog, and find out if your readers were paying attention.
Test review blog:
Present to pupils in the class possible questions that you believe will appear on the test. Build mock test questions for other pupils. (This will help you to review the material!)
Study-Hint blog:
Write a blog about the strategies that help you study for a test and share it with other pupils (for example: analogies, anagrams, songs).
Vocabulary story blog:
Begin writing a story with the vocabulary words you learned at the beginning of the course. As the course continues, the story will grow and may become ridiculous, but it will help you remember the vocabulary. Have fun with this blog!!
IT trivia blog:
Pose IT trivia questions based on the material you have learned in the course- or based on your own background knowledge. Challenge the other pupils in the class to answer your daily trivia questions.
